What would you want to see here that’s not in my history and experience?

I was born in Toronto and have lived here my entire life… I like it here and couldn’t imagine living in a small town.

The most important thing to me in a ‘job’ is enjoyment. The work doesn’t matter as much to me as the people, the atmosphere, the dynamics.

I don’t enjoy bureaucracy and hierarchy since we’re all here to do a job, no matter the level. And since I’ve worked at all levels, I am put off by elitist attitudes.

I like the freedom to get the job done and to see ways to make it work better or more efficiently. All I ask for from any employer are the tools to get the job done. I’ll do the research on how to make things work better.

I’ve taken the Personality Dimensions workshop and found out that I’m tied between a Green and Orange at the top level, and tied again with Blue and Gold as secondary colours. If you know the workings of Personality Dimensions, you’ll understand what I’m talking about.
